Come and join a friendly group of new mums (and babies are welcome too) for a yoga class tailored to postnatal bodies & minds. All abilities welcome, no previous yoga experience needed.Mondays 9.30 - 10.30am at Pebble Brook Clinic, Newton Poppleford (5 minutes from Sidmouth, 25 minutes from Exeter).
What to expect:
✨Targeted movement to encourage physical recovery and functional health after birth.
✨Emotional & nervous system support through breathing & relaxation techniques.
✨A safe & inclusive space for you to focus on yourself, connect with your baby and meet other new mums.
The classes are suitable from 8-10 weeks postpartum (as long as you have been passed by your GP to resume exercise), generally as long as you consider yourself 'postnatal'.
They will be mum-focussed sessions, but babies are welcome and will enjoy the experience too!
£55 for 6 week series.
Starting 3rd November, ending 8th December 2025.
