✨ Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates ✨Join us for a gentle and supportive Pilates session designed especially for mums. This class will help you:
• Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
• Ease aches and tension
• Improve posture and energy levels
• Boost confidence and energy
👩🍼 Who it’s for:
Mums from 6 weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks after a C-section, with GP clearance).
You’re welcome to come with or without your baby – the choice is yours.
