Postnatal Personal Training | Tuesdays 2-3pm (6-class series)

Are you looking to incorporate physical activity with your little one? Our Postnatal Group Personal Training Classes are the perfect opportunity to do just that! 🌟

✨ What to Expect:
✔️ Fun, engaging workouts suitable for all fitness levels
✔️ A supportive community of fellow parents
✔️ Babies up to walking ability are welcome to join in the class – there will be toys, mats, and bouncers for them to interact with, or they can join you in a baby carrier!
✔️ Expert guidance from a certified personal trainer who specializes in perinatal fitness

▪️ Tuesdays 2:00-3:00pm or check our other listings for our 1:00-2:00pm class
▪️ Starting April 22
▪️ 6-class series for $150

Unable to commit to an entire series? Join us in one of the time slots we’ve opened up each week! Still capping at 5 participants (and their baby) per time slot, this flexible option offers more opportunities to join us outside of the Tuesday series! Drop-in options are $30/class, and you’re able to pre-book classes (24 hour cancellation policy still applies).
