You don’t need to feel “ready”
This is a weekly space to move, rest and reconnect alongside other mums who get it.
We begin Thursday 18th September, 10 am at Wimborne Wellness Centre.
Bookings available via a six weeks pass (valid for seven weeks to allow leeway for illness, appointments etc)
And if you have any left Pregnancy Yoga credits left you can use those too! Spots are limited and booking is now open.
