18+ Entry
We ensure that the venue will be fully compliant with all government regulations surrounding COVID 19. It is the duty of you as the customer to equally ensure that you comply with regulations outlined by the state that could decide entry, this could include testing or vaccination passports.
*Tickets, Transfers and Refunds*
Tickets are non-refundable, however, they can be transferred.
*Event Dates & Venues*
Once you've purchased your ticket, your event venues & dates will be emailed to you. With all the information for each event that you need.
*Event Postponement*
In the unlikely scenario that Covid-19 affects the event. Your ticket will still be valid even if the event is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once state guidelines suggest it is safe to do so. This could be at any point up to twelve (12) months after the originally planned date.
*Event Cancelation*
If the event can not be rescheduled at any point because of Covid-19, meaning that we are no longer able to deliver an event (within 12 months of the intended date), then you will be entitled to a refund.
