
About this Event
Given all of life's curveballs, what better way to de-stress than to start each Saturday with some HIIT and deep stretch yoga?
Our group meets Sat 1030am and begins with a 5-7min run (including some of Ft Canning's notorious staircases), followed by 45min or so of core exercises, and 15min of deep stretch yoga.
With the reopening of the Ft Canning Park workout area (), we'll be working out most Saturdays at Ft Canning Park where if it ever appears to rain, I'll send out an email notification of the shift (just after 9am on the Saturday of the workout) to the covered track area of Stadium closest to Stadium MRT ().
Remember to bring a yoga mat and water.
After wrapping up towards noon, we usually grab a casual lunch and coffee near the workout area.
