I was so sad I had to cancel our last event due to a lingering cold!So this time let's run off our Thanksgiving food comas with some running intervals! We will be doing our normal 3-mile Red Cup route, starting with a 5-minute walking warmup. We will then run for 2 minutes and walk 1.5 minutes - repeating this interval through the rest of the route.
Then we can reconvene at Red Cup to stuff our faces yet again 🤣
This is, and always will be, a casual social run. All levels of fitness and vegging are welcome! There will be no lockbox or hydration provided so come prepared for your own needs.
