Join us at American Legion Post 207 for our Monthly Workday, a recurring event dedicated to giving back and connecting with our community and veterans. Our Post is committed to a noble mission: to Rescue, Restore, and Repay. We aim to honor and support our veterans, providing assistance and fostering a strong community spirit.Event Schedule:
9:30 AM - Welcome & Briefing: We kick off with a warm welcome and share insights into the planned activities. This is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow members and align with the day's objectives.
9:45 AM - Connect to the Property: Engage in various tasks to maintain and enhance our Post's property. Activities include landscaping, cleaning, and minor repair projects. It's not just about work; it's about connecting with the place that brings us together.
10:30 AM - Mission Engagement: Learn about our ongoing initiatives and how you can contribute. We focus on our new mission to Rescue, Restore, and Repay our veterans. This involves raising funds, increasing awareness, and planning future activities that make a real difference.
11:15 AM - Wrap-Up & Networking: Conclude the workday with a group debrief. Please share your experiences, ideas, and feedback. It's also a perfect time to network and discuss how we can continue to support each other and our community.
What to Bring: Comfortable work clothes, gloves, and a can-do attitude! Tools and materials for the day's tasks will be provided.
