Dear Moms,
If you're anywhere between 0 to 1 year postpartum, I’d love to invite you to a special hands on workshop with, *Nacha*, our pelvic floor physiotherapist, designed to support your body and well-being during this unique phase of motherhood.
Workshop content:
In this workshop, we’ll dive into some of the most common postpartum concerns, such as:
• When can I start exercising again?
• What exercises are safe for me now? Are crunches and planks okay?
• Is it safe to jump rope or go for a run?
• What’s happening with my abdomen and pelvic floor?
• How can I prevent future dysfunctions while staying active in a way that respects my body, breastfeeding, and sleep deficits?
• How can I manage symptoms like constipation or hemorrhoids?
Along with a Q&A session, we'll also focus on practical techniques to help you feel better in your body. We’ll do gentle *pelvic floor exercises* and *hip mobility work* to release stiffness, ease back pain, and help you feel more comfortable and supported in your postpartum recovery.
