Unfortunately, due to the bar's license requirements/limitations, this will be an adults only, 21 and over event.
We have planned a White Elephant gift exchange and have decided to up the limit to $35 per person this year. You don't have to partake in the exchange but must bring a gift if you want in! It is one gift per person, not per couple. Cheryl is also going to build her famous saran wrap ball of tricks and has already begun putting the pieces for it together. Rumor has it she has got a swanky grand prize in the middle so you'll definitely want in on that fun. We'll also be doing a kitty kitty type raffle (50/50) with the chapters share going to help cover the cost of the main courses.
We are going to be buying some turkey and pulled pork, maybe some sausages from Wig Wam for the mains and are looking to go with potluck for the rest. The bar will be open for liquid refreshments, but that will be on your dime.
Please RSVP that you are coming and how many in your party as well as what you plan on bringing to share for the potluck.
We need to have the replies by December 30th so we know how much meat to get. We'll start to put together a list of potluck items and email that out as it grows so we know what may still be needed. Again, meat provided will be smoked turkey and pulled pork if you want to bring something to compliment the main course but if you have something different you really like to bring, you do you and we can't wait to try it!
