🎷 Possession Sound Jazz Festival Returns to Everett – A Celebration of Puget Sound’s Finest Young Musicians

EVERETT, WA — December 6, 2025 — The stage is set for an unforgettable day of music and education as the Possession Sound Jazz Festival takes over the Everett Civic Auditorium on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The festival will showcase 26 incredible performances from some of the Puget Sound region’s most talented high school jazz musicians — and best of all, admission is free.

Join us for a full day of swing, soul, and improvisation featuring standout ensembles from Jackson High School, as well as perennial powerhouses Garfield, Kamiak and Roosevelt high schools. From bold brass to silky saxophones, this festival is where jazz education comes to life.

Each ensemble will not only perform but also receive an in-depth workshop with experienced jazz clinicians, offering a rare opportunity for students to refine their artistry on stage in real time.

🎺 Special Guest Headliners: Pony Boy All-Star Big Band

Don’t miss our headlining performance by the Pony Boy All-Star Big Band at 12:00 pm a powerhouse ensemble made up of some of the Northwest’s most respected jazz musicians. This headline performance promises to bring big sound and big energy to cap off the day.
