Join us for an uplifting and inspirational 90-minute journaling workshop to learn more about the practice and power of positivity journaling as an evidence-inspired way to support your mental wellness and personal resilience. This workshop offers a safe and caring space to:
-Learn about noticing glimmers and how they support emotional and nervous system resilience
-Develop a personal journaling practice tailored to journal prompts that best support your mental wellness and personal resilience
-Create an optional SMART goal for establishment of your own positivity journaling practice.
All materials will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your favorite journal or pen. Come as you are—curious, tired, hopeful, or anywhere in between. 🌱
