Positive Workplace Behaviour

Positive workplace behaviour is critical for an effective workplace culture. Workplace bullying, harassment, and discrimination are issues that can erode a positive productive culture and create serious risks for all. Yet, too often we avoid dealing with these behaviours or allegations only to see them escalate.

This workshop will explore the impact of workplace behaviour on workplace culture, provide practical strategies for managing inappropriate or unlawful behaviour, and building a positive workplace culture.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Explain why appropriate workplace behaviour is important in a contempoary workplace.
• Describe above and below the line behaviour and its impact on workplace culture.
• Identify behaviours likely to constitute inapropriate or unlawful workplace discrimination, harrasment and bullying.
• Evaluate their current workplace practices and attitudes (above and below the line behaviour)
