🌙 Reflect on guidance from your personal healing oracle card
🌙 Intention setting exercise to dissolve core belief systems ready for the healing practice
🌙 Healing quartz, the master crystal, will be placed on your body as you lie on your mat
🌙 Be taken on an empowering guided meditation journey with a different theme each month
🌙 Using the Crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum and Tibetan bowls relax into the high frequency sounds as we weave around and over each of you individually to clear and balance chakra energy centres and emotions
🌙 Enjoy the healing frequencies of the crystals in the room
🌙 Energy healing will be given to you individually by two established and intuitive Reiki Masters
🌙 I will be activating, by pressing very lightly on your head, certain activation points to bring deeper healing
🌙 Immerse yourself in music which will take you on a cosmic journey
🌙 Awakening slowly to end our practice with a gratitude tea ceremony to self and to recognise the energetic connection to our group
