This is a unique group for women to heal from traumatic events through spirituality. Focusing on how these events affect your currently relationships, how to deal with triggers and other issues. We have found that most support groups are lead by some one who read about your pain but never actually experienced it, they just listen, feel for you, and do it all over again, but no one offers solutions on how to actually heal and overcome those issues.
This group will be lead by some one who has actually been through major traumatic events and has learned to overcome and heal from them through sound healings, spiritual activities and inner work.
Do not let your trauma win! There is always a way to heal and overcome. Every week we will focus on new activities to actually work through your pain and heal you! You just have to be ready!
