Tia Graham, is a best selling author, keynote and TED speaker, and founder of The Feel Good Club and Arrive at Happy. She has certification’s in applied neuroscience, positive psychology, coaching, and is a certified chief happiness officer. Tia led sales teams for 14 years in luxury hotels in the US and Europe. Her husband and her have two elementary aged daughters and she struggled with, feeling not good enough as a mom for a decade. the new experience of being a working mom led her to study positive psychology and happiness at work and teach others how to be happy.
One of their daughters is autistic with a PDA profile.
To decrease her triggers and increase her well-being, Tia has been on a transformational healing journey for over four years. Healing allowed her to move from anxious and self critical to self compassionate connected, and full of self love. Tia’s research and experience proves that it is possible to overcome the challenges of motherhood, and find a path to inner Pace and true happiness.
The program will be interactive, will include a meditation, and will leave attendees feeling connected, seen, and hopeful. There will be a Q&A at the end.
Attendees will be inspired by heartwarming stories, and learn how to cultivate more joy, presence, and calm. Children feel their parents energy, and when adults have inner peace, children feel safer and are more resilient to deal with life challenges.
