About this Event
Do you feel energised at work, or do you find yourself stressed and fatigued?
As Word Mental Health Day approaches with its focus on "Mental Health at Work", let's reflect on how we can nurture wellbeing in our workplaces.
Polls on working Singaporeans have repeatedly shown that many Singaporeans are feeling stressed and fatigued. Preliminary findings from the Positive Organisational Profile, spearheaded by Professor Ilona Boniwell in partnership with TSPP, also revealed that Singaporeans score just 5.3 out of 10 in terms of positive functioning at work.
These findings are a strong signal that more needs to be done in supporting mental wellbeing in workplaces.
