About this course

This course will guide you through practical demonstrations and coaching in a supportive environment. You will develop a plan and work towards a flourishing life by harnessing positive psychology, the science of what makes life worth living.

We will explore well-being topics such as finding meaning and purpose, focusing on strengths, developing emotional intelligence, experiencing flow, and being fully engaged in your life by bringing mindfulness into everyday life, creating positive connections, and working towards flourishing.

This practical course provides coaching tools and activities to apply in your life and put into practice throughout your week.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

- Identify factors which increase well-being

- Create a vision of a flourishing future

- Identify values and spot strengths in yourself and others.

- Choose and use one technique for goal setting for a future flourishing life.

- Use tools to identify areas for development and develop action plans towards your flourishing future.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
