Positive Community Norms Communications Training

This hands-on, deep dive into the powerful Positive Community Norms framework will walk attendees through each phase of the award-winning Montana Model for Positive Community Norms (PCN) Communications.

This step-by-step fun, creative, and interactive workshop will have participants diving into data, using that data to create Positive Community Norms messages, developing communication plans, practicing pilot testing and refining, learning to hear and steer difficult conversations, and understanding how to evaluate the fidelity of your communications campaign. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the process for increasing Positive Community Norms that transform community cultures!

This training will be presented by Sara Thompson, Director of Training and Communications, and Stephanie Patton, Trainer, at The Montana Institute.
