Hello everyone.Welcome to the portuguese language cafe in Carcavelos.
What is the portuguese language cafe?
The Portuguese Language cafe it´s a place where you can practise portuguese.
Every single person is welcome.
We have 2 ways.
One way, you can come to a one-to-one session( private online or in person).
Where you have a 2 hour time with Dina ( portuguese native speaker that lived abroad for 12 years and understands , how important is to practise the language).
Another way can be that you join the group.
Every second friday you can come, and join the group.
We sit in groups and in different levels ( beginners table can go in a different time and advanced level in another time).
What do you need to join the portuguese language cafe?
We just ask you to come with open heart to read, speak and write in portuguese.
Don´t worry about the mistakes.
We ask you also that you speak with Dina to figure it out, which level you are.
We have a limit place for 10 people maximum, so confirmation is very important. Thank you.
The portuguese language cafe it´s not a school.
The portuguese language cafe it´s a place where you can make mistakes and nobody will laugh at you. And you can practise with native portuguese speakers.
We plan with the portuguese language cafe to go when the weather get´s better, outside and deal with daily situations.
For example:
We want to go to the market and deal with daily situations.
You are welcome if you are a beginner.
You are welcome if you live in Portugal for more than 8 years and don´t speak portuguese.
Nobody will judge you.
Learning a new language it´s not a competition.
Everybody goes in their own speed.

If you want to join please contact Dina to make sure we don´t mix beginners with people that are already advanced. Every week we will have beginners and the week after other levels.
Price for each person on fridays 20 euros per person (2 hours)
Price for one-to-one session 40 euros (2 hours)
Price for one to-one session in your home 60 euros (2 hours)

From January on we will keep up with the portuguese language on fridays (every second week) with the possibility of becoming weekly.

You can consume in the cafe but this you need to pay what you drink or eat separate to the cafe directly.
