About this Event
Guided by Karen, from Your Natural Energy System, you will be gently led through a restorative and relaxing sound healing journey under the Pilbara sky in the Courthouse Gallery Gardens.
This 2.5 hour session will allow you to calm your mind, slow down brain activity and encourage a dream-like, relaxed state — supporting emotional balance, physical wellbeing, and mental clarity.

What to bring: A mat, blanket, and pillow to keep yourself comfortable, plus water to stay hydrated. You are encouraged to create a cosy space so you can fully relax and receive the experience.
