Patrick Murphy-Racey has been shooting lit portraits of people for the last forty years as a working pro shooter. Sponsored by FJ Westcott, PM-R will show you step by step how to introduce beautiful glow into your portraits using large modifiers. Using HSS, indoors and outside, PM-R will show how to make great portraits fast with shallow depth of field so the person your are photographing is the key of your images. The early part of the workshop will utilize LED lights (120B) so everyone can actually see the effects of the light on the person’s face and body and shoot pictures along the way. Models will be provided so bring your camera as well as a way to make notes so you can take home elements of Patrick’s sharing of his knowledge.
