About this Event
Portrait Drawing Class presented by the Dunedin Art Cave.
This class is an eight-week program focusing primarily on portraiture, proportions, light, and dark, taught by artist Cameron Miller. The course is geared towards artists of all levels and offers tools that will help you gain more control over your portraiture skills.
Starting September 5th, join us for eight Mondays at the HOB pavilion from 7 - 8 pm.
If you sign up for the entire class, you receive a small discount, and we provide all of your supplies, but you can also bring your supplies and pop in for an individual class.
Overall Concept:
Students learn essential concepts used by professional artists to help them create more realistic, accurate, and better-looking art.
We will spend a few moments discussing the concept of the day but spend most of the class practicing. During this time, I will make rounds helping everyone individually.
At the end of the class, we hold an open critique where artists can help one another figure out how to make their drawings better.
