The Nova is a soulfully rebellious collective rewriting the rules of leadership, success, and community. We gather locally and connect globally, creating spaces where ambitious, heart-led women and non-binary leaders feel seen, supported, and celebrated as they rise into their fullest potential. When we rise together—with authenticity, community, and holistic excellence—we reshape industries, culture, and what success truly means.

This is not another networking event. It’s the beginning of a movement in Portland.
