The Portland Mardi Gras Parade rolls down Mississippi Ave. from Humboldt to Cook St. starting at 7 p.m. This family-friendly community-focused night parade invites all of Portland to celebrate Mardi Gras - the big party before Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent.
