Benjamin has been offering public and private gong meditations for over ten years. These vibrational experiences feature an intense crescendo that can elicit a deep meditative state in the participants. He has a unique way of playing the gongs, as well as singing bowls and other instruments, to craft an immersive sound bath experience. This session will be held at the Motherhouse Auditorium. Please bring what you need to be comfortable on the floor, e.g., a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, comfy socks, eye covering. Zero gravity chairs need to be requested at registration.
