Welcome back to one of our most popular events on the coastalfunruns calendar. The PORT LOOP Coastal returns for the 9th consecutive year in Port Adelaide starting from Hart's Mill.
The course is AIMS measured and run on the Port Loop path around the Inner Harbour Port Adelaide. The course consists of a 5km northern loop across the Birkenhead bridge followed by a 2km southern loop across Jervois bridge.
Distances on offer Sun 22nd include 5km, 10km & 21.1km. A self supported 42.2km option is available the day before on Sat 20th.
A 7:00am start for all distances. Race bib and finisher medal INCLUDED in price.
This event will have a "XMAS" theme - RUN RED for this event with trophy awarded to the person who best represents this theme as voted on by all in attendance.
Part proceeds to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) to help #endcancer.

Schedule -
Sat 21st - Self supported 42.2km full marathon.
Sun 22nd - Fully supported 5km, 10km, 15km & 21.1km half marathon.
Note -
All "coastalfunruns" full marathon courses are measured to equal a total distance of 42.195kms (42.2kms).
Depending on the location they will contain any of the following..
an out and back 21.1km loop, a point to point 42.195km, 6 x 7.0325km loops, 4 x 10.0km loops with an added 2.20km section or 4 x 10.55km loops.
Some of our courses are AIMS certified and measured.
Virtual Run -
Available for all events. Must be run on the actual event day at a convenient time and location of your own choosing. Includes race bib and finisher medal which would require collection when convenient as we do not post items. You will need to record your run on Strava or the like showing "elapsed" or "total" time, not "moving" time. Please send your run link or a screenshot to coastalfunruns to be included in online published results. Enjoy the journey as being Virtual means no cut-off time. All virtual runs regardless of distance at set at a fixed price of $25.00.
Self-Supported Run -
Available at selected events. Must be run at the designated event start time and location. All runners of each distance start together at the same time (unless noted otherwise). Race bibs and finisher medals are collected at the race briefing at event location. You will need to record your run on Strava or the like showing "elapsed" or "total" time, not "moving" time. Please send your run link or a screenshot to coastalfunruns to be included in online published results. Self-Supported marathon runs are eligible for inclusion in the AUSNZ 100 Marathon Club. Enjoy the journey as being Self-Supported means no cut-off time. All Self-Supported runs regardless of distance are offered at a reduced rate of $10.00 less than normal pricing.
