Pork Chop Perfection

In this live-fire cooking class on The Big Green, we’ll guide you through the full process of creating pork chops that are juicy in the center, beautifully crusted on the outside, and loaded with wood-fired flavor. Whether you’re new to cooking pork or want to level up your chops at home, this class will change the way you grill forever. We’ll also cook a few seasonal sides to round out the plate, including a savory Butternut Squash Hash designed to complement the pork perfectly.
Format: Lecture-style and laid-back, with live demonstration, plenty of tips, and lots of time for questions. You’ll enjoy generous tastings throughout and two complimentary drinks (beer or wine). Plus, you'll have the opportunity for private shopping in the store after the class.
