Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening where butchery meets brews! A guest butcher from Biltmore will break down half a hog on-site while teaching guests about sustainable farming, raising animals on the Biltmore property, and what being a carnivore means for the environment.

A guest brewer from Hi-Wire Brewing will pair craft beers with mouthwatering bites from Bear’s BBQ (first come, first serve). Whether you’re a foodie, a beer lover, or just curious, this hands-on, laid-back event is the perfect way to sip, learn, and savor.
