Pore Paoa Sholo Aana, starring Kharaj Mukherjee, one of the finest actors in the Bengali film industry, with Supriyo Datta, is a satirical take on the discrimination brought about by the hierarchy of class presented as a comical play that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The story is set in a village near a small town where class discrimination in society is still prevalent. A rich zamindar exploits his three servants. Things take a comical turn when Panu, one of the servants, holds a lottery ticket which wins a huge sum of money. The story humorously shows how Panu then holds all the power as everyone from the local police to his master try to convince him to give them the ticket. There will also be an opening performance by Kalkutta Komedians, eastern India`s first standup comedy group.
