Space is limited. A ticket/RSVP is required to be able to attend the show. You will not be permitted into this private residence without a valid ticket/RSVP.

Each attendee must have their own ticket/RSVP to be able to attend.

• pillow, blanket, towel, or short beach chair to sit on (Note: majority of seating will be on the floor for this event. This location will have a few quilts and a few chairs to sit on but options are limited. Please bring what you want with this info in mind. If you are cool sitting on the floor on a quilt, then you are all set! If you want a little extra cushion bring a pillow or blanket to fold up and place under you. If you are not able to sit on the floor we will have the few reserved chairs at the location for you to use or you can bring your own short beach chair/collapsing chair.

Nico Franc - "The greatest lesson I’ve learned from music is that self expression is not about what sets us apart from others, but instead what connects us to each other." -- Nico Franc is an LA based singer-songwriter. Since 2016, he has embarked on ever-growing nation-wide tours that started in his home region of New England and are now spreading to the south and midwest. Along with performing on one of LA’s most famous stages, The Troubadour, Franc has sold out The Hotel Cafe, opened up for Judah and the Lion at Sundance Film Festival 2019, and placed his songs in movies and television. In mid 2020 Franc signed to Rob Cavallo’s (producer of Green Day, Alanis Morissette, Dave Matthews) management agency, Done Deal Management. Alongside Cavallo and with the help of Paris-based producer Dean Woodson, Franc embarked on creating the next chapter of his music with a series of successful single releases. Arjan Timmermans, Head of Editorial at Apple, wrote about one of Franc's singles: “‘Stuck’ is one of those rare finds that has pure, unbridled hit potential. It taps into a universal sentiment that people everywhere can instantly relate to. It’s not about the individual melody, lyrics, or performance per se—it’s about the feeling those three create together.” In 2022 Franc sold out his first two NFT drops with his single “Grateful” and in 2023 he did a monthly rollout of four sequential single releases. Dawn Koyote - Dawn Koyote (they/them) is a non-binary creative and community cultivator from Long Beach CA. They have spent the past 11 years curating live music events and fronting the indie soul band, The Black Noise Theory. The project took on a life of its own after they played their first major festival alongside artists like Lizzo, Janelle Monae and James Blake in 2017. After being featured in various publications, the band secured residencies at the W Hotel in Hollywood and At The Top in Long Beach. Notably, the band won the KCRW hosted battle of the bands Buskerfest in 2018. Dawn Koyote is currently working on a solo project and will be releasing sometime in 2024. Black From Home - Black From Home is an LA based Hip-Hop duo comprised of Boston natives Chaseedaw and ALXNDR performing their original music alongside a full band. Their songs feature elements of Jazz, Rock, Afrobeats, Blues, and Pop, all influenced by the culture of Hip-Hop and its sister genres. BFH is a pair of talented multi-hyphenates with remote professional careers exploring their true love for music and for each other simultaneously on stage. Steph Sloan - Informed by an upbringing in the mountains of Idaho and a cross-country leap to study songwriting and performance at Berklee College of Music, Steph Sloan has birthed her own unique style of musical storytelling. Her childhood passion of drumming and singing along to old jazz records informs her rhythmic phrasing tendencies, and her honest, sometimes heart-wrenching lyrics are effortlessly carried melodically by her pure, matchless voice.
