Our November club race is at the Por4mance Veteran’s Day car show. Obviously it’s not on Veterans Day. The car show runs from 12-3 so we need to be done racing by 3 and packing up and out shortly afterward. The gate to the lot will open at 8 for us to get in and get set up. There will be power, bathrooms and food trucks!!
With the time constraint we will offer 4 maybe 5 classes. They will be 21.5 TC, VTA, Losi NASCAR, Euro Truck and/or 25.5 LMH. Vote on the poll to decide the classes. The time line for the race is: gate opens at 8 to drop off gear, get set up and park across the street where I work. Practice will start as soon as the tack is ready. Sign up will start at 10 and racing will start at 11:00. If you are running late, call, text or FB message Oscar or me to let us know and get you signed up. We’re going to run the first round pretty quick to see how long it takes and run the second round and mains accordingly.
Bring your canopy, table, tent, chair, extension cord, step ladder and whatever other gear you need. As stated before, POWER WILL BE PROVIDED.
Race fee will be $20 for the first class, $10 for the second and $5 for each additional. All race fees will be donated to Track Heroes. You will need to turn Marshall for as many classes you sign up for. So if you sign up for 3 classes, you need to find someone to Marshall for you. Volunteers are always welcome for marshaling.
