Welcome local author Barbara Bonsignore for a meet and greet as she signs copies of her vegan cookbook Cooking with Compassion.Barbara has been a vegan since 1980 and taught vegan gourmet cooking classes for ten years in New Hampshire. During this time the idea of a vegan gourmet recipe book came to fruition. Her students helped test the book’s recipes and Cooking with Compassion was first printed in April, 1990.
