Strong Foundations: Low-Impact Strength for Women
This 60-minute, female-focused class is designed to help women build strength where it matters most — the hips, glutes, and core — in a safe, low-impact, and supportive environment.
We’ll begin with an easy, guided warm-up focused on mobility and joint health, followed by simple strength exercises that support balance, posture, and everyday movement. The class will finish with gentle core work and a calming cooldown to help you leave feeling strong, relaxed, and confident in your body.
This class is perfect for women who want to:
- Improve hip mobility and stability
- Build strength without high-impact movements
- Support their back, knees, and overall movement
- Feel more confident and capable in daily life
