Join Vern as he shares the classical Hatha practice he studied during a 26 day residence at the Arhanta Yoga Ashram in Madya Pradesh, India. This 90 minute practice is of the Sivananda lineage, and is based on Swami SIvananda’s foundational sequence often referred to as the “Rishikesh Sequence.”
The sequence starts in Savasana, followed by Pranayama practice. It continues with a warmup sequence, followed by longer holds in a series of asanas alternating with short rest periods. We’ll finish in deep relaxation with an extended Savasana.
