Join us for an immersive sushi making class where you'll learn how to create beautifully crafted sushi rolls, poke bowls, and more from start to finish. Whether you’re a sushi lover or a total beginner, this fun and interactive experience will leave you rolling like a pro and confindence in the kitchen.

- Proper preparation of sushi rice
- Sushi cutting skills and vegatable preparation techniques
- Techniques for rolling sushi like a professional, including hand rolls, classic rolls, and poke bowls.

All necessary ingredients will be provided, including a curated selection of proteins and fresh produce:
Kani sticks, steak, steamed shrimp, eel, tuna, bacon, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, apples, mangos, jalapenos, seaweed salad and squid salad.
Each participant will also receive:
- A Sushi Manual to take home
- A Sushi Rolling Mat to keep practicing
