Celebrate the change of season from Summer to Fall with FrequencyKC's community contrast therapy experience. Come enjoy our Pop-Up Sauna heated by wood burning stove and Cold plunge to cool off afterwards. The event will be at Border Brewing Co. Spend the evening on the patio with friends moving between hot and cold, feeling euphoric. Afterwards enjoying a complimentary Border Brewing Co. craft beverage (N/A options available).
Here’s what to expect:
🔥 Sweat it out in the sauna, naturally detox the body and strengthen your cardiovascular health while sharing gratitude's together.
❄️ Cool down with an invigorating cold plunge, kick up the endorphins, and boost your metabolism with a quick dip in the ice bath.
🍻 Sip + socialize with a complimentary cold beverage after your session
Bring your friends, book your spot, and make it a night to remember. Sessions are 60 minutes with time to move between the sauna and plunge at your own pace.
