Bio:
Hi! I’m a senior at the University of Tennessee studying Kinesiology and am a certified group fitness instructor. I teach HIIT, core, and Pilates classes across Knoxville. When I’m back home in Pennsylvania for breaks, I continue teaching and sharing my love for movement with my hometown community.
