Join us for our next Pop-Up Park: City Garden!Let’s come together as a community to grow a fall garden at Snookie Wade Park, 800 Bay Street.
Join us at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13 to help plant vegetables, herbs and flowers in our new Pop-Up Park: City Garden. Plants, seeds, and gardening materials will be provided—no green thumb required! Once the plants are mature, you’ll have a chance to return this fall and enjoy the fresh harvest.
This area will also include a pretend play garden for young children to learn about the planting process and harvest their own pretend crops. Families and people of all ages are encouraged to attend and be part of the fun.
