This upper body focused session will be taking elements from our hybrid 21-Day "Strong Back", "Strong Shoulder", and "The Neck Release Project" Programs!This will be perfect for learning techniques to help aid mobility, strength, and recovery from exercise. We will work on specific mobility drills & self-release techniques to aid in tight and weak muscle activation, as well as general aches and pain associated with those.
