About this Event
We are organising a that would run from 12:00 to 18:00. This would see various different pop ups and businesses sell their products, in addition to those of the residents already. Our previous event saw over 400 visitors and we are expected to achieve a much greater number this time around.
The Angel Yard site has toilets, kitchen facilities and wifi. We also will be providing security on the day of the event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What time will I be able to set up?
The site will be open to traders to set up food vendors from 9.00am and normal stall holders from 10am.
How will Vendors be able to identify where to set up and how will they be escorted to the area?
Register your attendance at unit 16 and you will be told where you will be allocated.
What time does my stall have to be ready for inspection?
We would encourage that your stand is ready by 11:30am.
What time will I be able to pack up?
Vendors can pack up from 6pm. In the interests of public safety, you will not be able to bring vehicles onto the event premises but will have limited spaces to park outside.
Will tables be provided for Vendors?
Yes, we will have some tables available on the day to lend out to pop ups and stall owners.
Will there be a power supply?
Yes – there will be power supply, for food vendors only
No - there is no power supply for table vendors
Will there be a water supply?
No – there will be no water supply.
What is the plot size I have been allocated?
We plan to have a single plot to be 180D x 70W x 74H centimetres. There will be a 2m gap between stalls.
Who should I contact in the event that medical assistance is required?
We would encourage food vendors to have a first aid kit. We hope to also have a first aid kit and support at the event.
What will happen to my money if I am unable to attend?
Units and stall hires are non refundable but if we are informed within time and we are able to find a replacement we may be able to issue a refund.
FOOD STALL TRADERS: Checklist of items/Documents
*Please note that you may be asked to produce any relevant food hygiene certificates by Enfield Council on the day of the event.
For stall holders selling food and drink for immediate consumption, you must bring a copy of the following:
- A valid certificate for food and hygiene
- A valid Public Liability Insurance Certificate
- First Aid Kit
- 5kg Fire extinguisher
- Fire Blanket
