This will be a "2 part" workshop beginning with a pairing of Gentle Yoga & Meditation, followed by a brief presentation on Kombucha and it's benefits. The workshop will end with a short Q & A on Kombucha. Participants have the opportunity to enroll in one, OR BOTH parts of the workshop.
If choosing to participate in both, the price will be discounted.
Part One - Yoga & Meditation cost - $15
Part Two - Kombucha Workshop cost - $25
Cost for Part One & Two - $35
All who participate in the Kombucha Workshop will receive a pint jar containing 1 Scoby and 8 ounces of starter tea.
PLUS a starter booklet with tips and instructions.
Enrollment is required for this workshop to ensure availability for ALL.
With limited supplies available - interested individuals are encouraged to reserve their spot before it's too late.
We will intend to hold the Yoga class outside in the gazebo area, weather permitting ?
