About kirtan:
Kirtan is the most powerful form of meditation yet very do-able and fun. This kirtan we are sharing has been passed down through an authentic yoga lineage originating from the Supreme Lord. This sublime practice is the recommended process for self realisation in this modern age. Simply listen to the mantra being chanted then respond if you wish. Take the mantras home with you into your life and feel free to join us for kirtan whenever you like.
