In the run-up to our Autumn and Winter Workshops at Polly’s, Firth Flock Flowers is bringing you a Pop-Up Flower Bar on Mold’s famous Market Day.
What to Expect: Local sustainable Flower Farmer Ellen Firth will be stationed inside the taproom with a stall brimming with fresh, seasonal flowers and arrangements — all grown just a few miles down the road in Ruthin.
The idea is simple: build your own bunch in the comfort of Polly’s. Select the flowers and foliage you love, and Ellen will wrap them in our sustainable, compostable brown paper, stamped with our farm logo inspired by her champion Welsh Black Mountain sheep, whose plentiful manure helps grow our blooms!
While You’re Here: Enjoy the atmosphere, order one of Polly's beers or spirits, or tuck into something delicious from the menu. The food is crafted with care and creativity by chefs who source thoughtfully and make so much from scratch, even the black pudding. Polly’s is a business after our own hearts: they put their soul into everything they do.
Why Your Purchase Matters: Every bouquet supports local farming and our regenerative approach to growing, which nurtures the soil, encourages wildlife, and celebrates the beauty of the seasons. Take your flowers home, enjoy their colour and fragrance, and know that you’ve chosen something truly sustainable.
Pop by, build your bunch, and brighten up your Market Day. We can’t wait to see you at Polly’s
