More about the artist:
Chris Hutchinson aka Chippy is an illustrator and artist from Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa New Zealand.
He’s well known for his illustrations of curious creatures that swirl and collide in an abstract world of patterns and vibrant colours.
He studied graphic design at AUT where he found a love for analogue printmaking, zine publishing and other forms of graphic outsider art which continue to inform his practice today.
After graduating he went on to found the Karangahape Road based creative studio Inky Palms where he continues to explore his drawing practice and family of surreal creatures.
