Join us for a balanced Yin and Yang yoga experience designed to harmonize energy across body and mind.We’ll begin with our Yang practice: an invigorating, fluid Vinyasa flow to awaken your body, build strength, and generate heat. Through mindful movement and breath, you'll cultivate greater stamina, flexibility, and a sense of empowerment.
In the second half of class we’ll shift into our Yin practice: a series of slow, grounding, and deeply restorative postures. These longer-held poses allow your body to release tension and tightness, promoting deep relaxation and restoring balance to your nervous system.
Whether you're looking to build energy or unwind, this class will leave you feeling both rejuvenated and centered. All levels are welcome!
