Let’s celebrate, and mark the change of season with a mindful practice of awakening. The season of Spring is a gradual, sometimes raucous, study in transition — from darkness to light, from cold to warmth, from hibernation to outward exploration. As we enter this period, we will acknowledge our own openness to change and recognize the education Mother Nature can give us about shedding old patterns and initiating new growth. We will expand out of our cocoons and stir up our sense of flow as we admire the foliage erupting around us.
