Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with faster-paced cardio to challenge everyone from the beginner to the experienced exerciser alike. It is a high-energy non-contact workout, with all punches and kicks thrown into the air. The workout burns calories and builds stamina, coordination, flexibility, and focus. Class will incorporate a warm-up and cool down, as well as a segment specifically for core exercises.
*Participants should bring clean fitness shoes to change into.
*Bringing a hand towel and water is recommended.
