We're excited to welcome local nonprofit social enterprise Labyrinth Made Goods back to Bobzbay Books for an in-store pop-up shop! Labyrinth Made Goods creates opportunities that empower women who have experienced incarceration by providing professional development training, apprenticeships, and permanent employment through the production & sale of bespoke 100% soy candles. Founded by YWCA McLean County, everything Labyrinth Made Goods does, from creating transformational programs to making important business decisions, is rooted in achieving YWCA's mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families, and strengthen communities.
We encourage you to stop by, smell some wonderful candles, and chat with some of the women behind the company! Plus! These candles make excellent gifts for Valentine's Day, birthdays, or just because. :)
