About Jessica:
Jessica Cadden Wentlent is a multi-disciplinary movement artist with over two decades of teaching experience. Jess is a certified personal trainer and experienced, registered Yoga teacher with additional certifications in prenatal, Aerial and stand up paddle board yoga. A certified Pilates mat teacher and avid Pilates advocate, Jess frequently combines Pilates and Yoga techniques- blending the best of both worlds. Jess trained in reformer techinique under the guidance of Jenn Seracuse of FLEX studios, NYC, a boutique reformer studio in Manhattan where Jess taught reformer, barre and TRX.
Jessica also owned and operated Savitri Yoga NYC, a yoga and fitness studio in East Harlem. Jess earned a BFA in Dance Performance from the University of the Arts in Philly, and went on to perform as a Radio City Rockette for eight years. Through her professional dance career, a desire for cross training and mindful movement was born- and from there developed a love for sharing this knowledge with others.
Jess enjoys arts education just as much and she enjoys teaching yoga and fitness. When not at Mission you can catch her teaching dance, making film, acting, writing or simply being at home with her family.
